One of the most common questions I get is, “How did you get into jewelry?” Right behind it: “How do I get into it too?”

I quickly realized that while a lot of people are drawn to jewelry making, it’s incredibly hard to get your foot in the door—apprenticeships are rare, and access often depends on where you live.

So I built an alternative: apprentice-style training you can take from anywhere. That’s how Bench Class was born.
