I think this might be the winner for best birthstone combination.
This two stone mother’s ring was made with two birthstones and accent diamonds.
March and December share very similar birthstone colors, thus making this ring super cohesive. The diamonds going down the side can also represent the month of April!
March Birthstone

Aquamarine has a beautiful light blue color and is rated “good” for everyday wear.
To care for this gemstone, avoid exposure to heat and harsh chemicals. To protect from scratches and harsh blows, remove your jewelry during certain activities.
December Birthstone

The birthstone for the month of December is blue topaz.
Due to the fact that this two stone mother’s ring already has an aquamarine in it, I wanted to pair it with a stone that was darker in color. I love the deep blues!
The London blue topaz is darker in color than your traditional sky blue or even Swiss blue topaz.

An Older Project

Description: Diamond and sapphire two-stone mothers ring, set in 14K white gold with accent diamonds.
Project notes: I love it when a ring has a good backstory!
I met with a woman who wanted to incorporate two stones into one ring. First, a blue sapphire that she inherited from her mothers original wedding ring. Second, a diamond that came out of her original wedding ring.
I was basically asked to morph the original wedding rings of mother and daughter into ONE ring!
This is the end result of that endeavor. Side by side, these stones stand as an beautiful reminder of family. In addition, it’s hard to beat the color combination of blue and white stones…it just looks so classy.
